Professonrs Marco Marengon and Alberto Nannetti from AVSI (Association of Volunteers of the International Service/Italy) will be visiting the Department of Mathematics during the week of 1-october, 2012. They will arrive on Tuesday, 2-October, to meet with the members and students of the Mathematics Department.
These two visiting professors will deliver lectures on advanced problem solving, the history of mathematics with a concentration on the work of Pythagoras, and the concept of rigorous mathematical proof. They will also discuss the possibility of having a Mathematics Exhibition at Bethlehem University.
سيقوم كلاً من الأستاذ الدكتور ماركو مارنغون وألبيرتو نانيتي من مؤسسة الخدمات الدولية للمتطوعين في إيطاليا بزيارة دائرة الرياضيات خلال الأسبوع الأول من أكتوبر "تشرين أول"، ومن المقرر وصولهما يوم الثلاثاء الموافق الثاني من تشرين أول 2/10/2012 حيث سيجتمعان بأساتذة دائرة الرياضيات وطلبتها
هذان الأستاذان سيقومان بعقد محاضرات عن حلول مسائل الرياضيات المتقدمة، تاريخ الرياضيات، مع التركيز على آلية عمل نظرية فيثاغورس، ومفهوم البرهان الرياضي. كذلك سيتم بحث إمكانية وجود معرض للرياضيات في جامعة بيت لحم
