New Faculty Orientation Program

The New Teacher Orientation Program’s primarily focus is to support new full-time faculty members and adjuncts during their first three years of teaching at BU. The program offers the following services:

1. Introduce faculty members to the Policies and Regulations of Bethlehem University;

2. Training opportunities for issues related to teaching and learning (T&L) in higher education;

3. Training and support to enhance the faculty’s action research skills aimed at improving teaching methods.
